To achieve higher levels of delivery reliability on the Technical Advisor 2 (TA2) framework by developing & implementing appropriate Lean collaborative planning & production management processes & practices across the framework.

NH employs it's "LEI" metric (Lookahead Execution Index) as it's standard delivery "reliability" measure on all NH commissions. On the TA2 framework we focused teams' on optimizing LEI as the primary indicator of collective delivery reliability success (instead of introducing a separate PPC% (Percentage Plan Complete) . LEI has a added benefit as it tracks performance against the monthly agreed P6 program - single source of truth. A higher than average LEI result of 0.79 was achieved for 2024 on the framework. This was set as the 2025 baseline & an ambitious target of 0.90 for 2025 is proposed January's LEI result was 0.87.

Visual Production Boards. Visual Management in the form of weekly dashboards. Interim Collaborative (lookahead) Planning sessions. Weekly Production Management Meetings. Basic root cause analysis of variances, delayed activities. Variances are attributed to responsible organization.

Ongoing- Weekly production performance data is shared via the weekly production dashboards with the scheme project teams (Jacobs & NH) on the weekly calls. Improvements actions captured & assigned. Now sharing Excel download of NH activities (only) with NH Project Managers to encourage better NH reliability. Monthly LEI results & dashboards are now shared & discussed on the production calls once a month.

The TA2 production management process including the monthly C32 uploads to the production boards and the weekly structured production calls are now "standard practice," "business as usual" on the framework.

1.) There is significant potential for the TA2 process to be rolled out on other NH projects & frameworks to drive higher levels of reliability. 2.) NH scheme project managers & colleagues are very engaged & collaborative with the TA2 production management process & on the weekly production calls 3.) Overall reliability variances (delays) are as likely to be "owned" by NH as Jacobs on the TA2 framework 4.) Openly sharing & reviewing the LEI result is helping to drive collaborative behaviors & to drive delivery reliability 5.) The production management process is driving behaviors aligned with NH's IBIP framework
